Andrej Pejic è infatti un modello ambito dagli stilisti di tutto il mondo, noto per la sua estrema androgina e la sua capacità di sfilare con successo sia in abbigliamento maschile che femminile. Le sue caratteristiche fisiche ( un metro e novanta, labbra carnose e capelli biondo miele) hanno fatto si che in una sfilata di moda a Parigi nel gennaio 2011 sfilasse sia per gli uomini sia per le donne nella scuderia di Jean-Paul Gaultier e in abbigliamento maschile per Marc Jacobs. Sui cartelloni pubblicitari appare con un abito molto scollato che sottolinea le curve.
